Auchenlea Lodges - Glasgow

The lodge had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable bed. the design and furnishings were modern and clean. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and nice views. the private parking was a bonus, and we appreciated having a private road for added security.

The lodge could get quite cold in October, with only one heater in the corner. the shower was a bit inconvenient to use, as we had to turn on the switch outside the shower before we could use it.

The value for money at this lodge was fantastic. The room was not only comfortable and clean but also had all the modern facilities we needed for a enjoyable stay. The location was great, being both quiet and convenient for accessing the city centre.

The morning meal could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

We stayed in a well-designed lodge that was extremely comfortable and clean. the hosts were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. the location was convenient with restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets nearby. the lodge had ample supplies of teas, coffee, and even biscuits. the outdoor space was also a nice addition.

The sound insulation was not great, and we could hear the arguments from the neighboring cottage.

Auchenlea Lodges provided the perfect getaway for a romantic break. We enjoyed the beautiful lodge, super tidy and cozy. The outdoor furniture allowed us to sit in the sunshine in a quiet area. The location was ideal and easily accessible by train, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions and Glasgow city center. Despite some noise from the adjoining lodge and a minor issue with the TV, our overall experience was really good. I highly recommend this lodge for a wonderful and relaxing stay.
